Pilates Barre

This 45 minute full body workout will not waste your time! Pilates Barre is the fastest & most effective way to change your body. You will have a leaner, stronger & new physique in no time. You will use small hand weights to work upper body, then go to the wall or use back of a chair for support as you work your legs, seat, hips, thighs & core. Next we go to the Pilates mat to finish with the abs & core. Each workout a little different to keep things fresh & fun. No previous experience required.

Items needed; small hand weights 2-5 lbs max.
