Closing Concert Handbells Musicians of America Area 7 Handbell Conference

Hear 200+ handbell ringers perform 8 pieces. They will be conducted by Sandra Eithun and Alex Guebert, handbell music composers and arrangers. Several of their pieces will be included in the concert. The Handbell Musicians of America Area 7 is celebrating 70 years! Celebrate with us by attending the concert at La Crosse Center on Sun., June 23, 2024 at 1:30 p.m. Following a weekend of intensive rehearsals and classes, 200+ handbell ringers from Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wisconsin, and Manitoba, Canada, will join their esteemed conductors — Sandra Eithun and Alex Guebert — in performing eight pieces. Eithun and Guebert are handbell music composers and arrangers. Several of their pieces will be included in the concert, as well as arrangements by Matthew Compton, Kevin McChesney, Christian Humcke, and Ron Mallory. The concert is free of charge. Food and cash donations will be collected for the local Food Shelf.
