La Crosse County Library is celebrating the art of storytelling with a festival on Saturday, Sept. 7, at the Onalaska Library. Youth Services librarians will lead a Storytelling Workshop at 10 a.m. that will teach you how to incorporate storytelling into your everyday interactions with youth. At 11 a.m., learn about the culture, traditions, and stories of local refugees and immigrants with a panel of storytellers. No registration required for either session. This activity is offered in partnership with Project FINE, a nonprofit based in Winona that works with refugees and immigrants to build connections across cultures.
