John T. Umhoefer: Author Talk & Book Signing

John T. Umhoefer spent his childhood scrambling up the bluffs of La Crosse and finding mysteries in every quiet coulee. He has received a Kirkus starred review for his first book, Trempealeau, an apocalyptic mystery inspired by the area we live in.

In his day job, Umhoefer is the executive director of the Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association. This program will feature samples of cheese from the recent World Championship Cheese Contest. Registration recommended; register online on the Adult Programming page of lacrossecountylibrary.org.
