Polytechnic Community Blood Drive

After the success of last year’s drive, with blood collection and community feedback, La Crosse Polytechnic is looking to continue this new tradition of annual blood drives. Polytech is opening their doors on April 23rd from 11 am to 5 pm for what they hope is an even more successful drive. Hosted at their upper level, donors can explore student projects and creations alongside their appointment times.

Not only does donating blood save lives, but also benefits the students, and the donors. Red Cross Scholarships are awarded to seniors based on the amount of blood raised, starting at $250 and going up from there! But also, donors will receive 10 e-gift cards to a vendor of their choice, as well as an assortment of free swag! (see official website for details)

It is recommended that donors sign up beforehand on the official Red Cross Blood website, but walk-ins will be accepted if there is space. For additional info please feel free to contact the schools front desk.
