| La Crosse, WI, May 13, 2025 – Pump House Regional Arts Center and Art Club present a pop-up art gallery show themed on hope and resistance. ‘No Permission Needed’ opens today, Tues., May 13, 2025 with free artist reception tonight from 5-7:30 pm. This guerrilla art show is on exhibit for only five days Tuesday, May 13, 2025-Saturday, May 17, 2025, at Pump House Regional Arts Center. In times of unrest, creativity becomes resistance. “No Permission Needed” is an underground art show featuring artworks that amplify unheard voices and challenge power. Featuring art mediums such as painting, photography, sculpture, fiber, zines and more. Artwork is for sale with 100% of proceeds going directly to artists. Pump House art galleries are open free to the public. The arts have always served as a catalyst for expression, communication, community, and change. Is was at the monthly Art Club meeting held on the first Monday of the month that the “No Permission Needed” art show was realized.
