This 45-minute yoga class from Palm + Pine Yoga Studio is designed as an introduction to the physical practice of yoga. Class will be slower-paced and focused on developing a clear & safe approach to alignment and foundational poses of a yoga practice. Bring a yoga mat and wear comfy clothing.
