Unique Spaces
From weddings to large conferences, find the perfect venue that fits your needs! This venue has a beautiful atrium with a 26-foot-tall black willow tree, 114 towering windows, and has a tree-house style loft. There’s a front desk that can be used as the bar-area, which can only be used if you rent the entire facility! The reservations supports conservation, education and community programs, they also have a few gardens such as the native flower garden and produce demonstration garden. The Nature Place does have a lighted patio with four steel picnic tables for any outdoor activities and access to five acres of outdoor park spaces (setup for outdoors is permissible only with the entire facility rental).
More than Just a Meeting Space
The Nature Place meeting spaces are more than just conference rooms, they’re where successful collaboration and learning take place! They are a bustling nature center, so expect activities happening in other areas outside of your reserved room(s) during single room reservation & outside in the park. Ask about scheduling a nature program or a naturalist to take out education animals during your reservation!
A few things you should know about booking the space! The Nature Place is open to catering and bringing in your own food. However, beer and wine is only permitted with entire facility rental and outside of public hours, hard liquor is prohibited. They can have live music or DJs, but also permitted only with entire facility rental. Sales or any exchange of money on-site including cash bar or tip jars is prohibited (unless specifically approved). If you reserve the building this time includes access to the building for all your setup and takedown needs (including setup/takedown of provided tables & chairs); be sure to book plenty of time for this and ask the center if you have any questions!
