You’ll be gently guided to create your own art journal – a visual diary of your soul’s whispers, layered with paint, collage and personal symbolism – and write deep reflections through guided prompts and journaling rituals designed to unlock clarity, truth and healing. All materials are provided. Just bring your open heart, curious spirit and a willingness to explore the beauty within.
