The Holmen Area Historical Society invites the community to learn about "Indian Boarding Schools, the History and their Lasting Effects.”
Our presenter is Tracy Littlejohn, member of the Ho-Chunk Nation. She has worked in several roles with the Nation, including Office of the President, Education, Social Services, Cultural Resources, Business, Housing, and Legislature. Her talk will deal with a dark aspect of Wisconsin history, one we must confront with truth.
The program is free and open to the public.
