- Saturday, September 12 & Sunday, September 13: Activities and house tours are held at the Hamlin Garland Homestead (the Garland House) on West Garland Street.
- Sunday, September 13: A Corvette car show takes place on the grounds of the Palmer-Lewis House.
- General Highlights: Pioneer-style food, community gatherings, and historic building walkthroughs celebrating Pulitzer Prize-winning author Hamlin Garland.
