WIN! University is a half-day educational summit created for wedding and event professionals who want to strengthen their businesses, expand their knowledge, and connect with others in the industry. Hosted by the Wedding Industry Network (WIN!), the 2026 summit takes place Wednesday, November 11, at The Madison Club in downtown Madison.
This year’s program features three business-focused presentations designed to give attendees practical strategies they can apply right away. Suzanne Doody of CommonThread Marketing will present “Know Your Couple: Defining Your Market and Standing Out in a Crowded Wedding Industry,” helping professionals identify their ideal clients, understand their competitive landscape, and sharpen their positioning. Mariah Taubenheim of HEIM HAUS Co. will present “Mastering Reels and Short-Form Videos: Best Practices for Engagement and Growth,” with actionable guidance for creating stronger video content, increasing visibility, and reaching the right audience. Keynote speaker Kasey Anton, founder of Spark Business Consulting and author of Profit First for Restaurants, will present “Profit First Basics for Small Business Owners,” sharing practical ways to structure cash flow, make smarter financial decisions, and build a more sustainable business.
WIN! University is also designed to create meaningful connections within Wisconsin’s wedding and event community. Doors open at 11 a.m., followed by lunch and networking at 11:30 a.m., presentations from 1–5 p.m., and a networking happy hour from 5–6 p.m. Admission includes lunch, all three educational sessions, networking opportunities, a presenter meet-and-greet, post-event appetizers, and one complimentary sparkling wine, with a cash bar available.
