St. Patrick’s Parade

Ring in spring and celebrate all things Irish at the 18th Annual St. Patrick’s Parade! The parade kicks off at noon from the Freighthouse, making its way to 2nd Street and east on Main to 7th. Support a great cause as the Hunger Task Force collects donations along the route. Then head back to the Freighthouse for a Post-Parade Social with live music by Amadans, along with food and drink.

Celtic Stories & Songs

It’s grand to welcome Bluff Country Tale Spinners back for Celtic Stories and Songs 2026! The storytellers will share a wee bit o’ Irish fun with stories, music, and dancing. Won’t you join them for a tale or two on March 14 at 7pm at the Pump House Regional Arts Center on 119 King Street in downtown La Crosse?

Irishfest La Crosse

This August, join in this family-friendly festival featuring Irish and Celtic music from Ireland, Scotland, the U.S., as well as local performers. Enjoy the Wee Folks Area with kids’ games, sheep shearing, bagpipe demonstrations, puppet theater, Irish dogs, and contests. Cultural and Arts Tents offer traditional music, dancers, exhibits, baking demos, and Irish history and language lessons. Plus, savor Irish food, watch the Highland games, and join the kilt run/walk.
