Brain Dance

Youth and families, join us for a bunch of FUN dancing and learning! We will open with a Brain Dance warm up, spend time discussing the benefits of dance, exploring different styles and activities, and learning why dance is such a healthy activity for us to do! We will share ideas of how to incorporate dance into your life and family routine. Great for all ages! Dance is for ALL! No experience necessary to receive the benefit. Most importantly of all — we’ll spend lots of time dancing together!

No registration required. All ages welcome (children under 8 be accompanied by an adult).
