The Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe warmly invites pilgrims and visitors to an organ recital by Dr. Catherine Rodland on Sunday, September 13, 2026, at 3:00 p.m.
Dr. Rodland is an acclaimed concert artist and pedagogue whose performances The American Organist has described as "transcendent." She serves as Artist in Residence at St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota, where she teaches a full studio of organ students. First prize winner of the International Organ Competition at the University of Michigan, she has been a prizewinner in the American Guild of Organists Young Artists Competition and the Calgary International Organ Competition, and has appeared as a featured performer at AGO National Conventions and on National Public Radio's Pipedreams.
This recital will showcase the Shrine's magnificent 50-rank Noack pipe organ. All are welcome to an afternoon of sacred music and reflection. Admission is free; a door collection will be taken to support the Shrine's music series.
