Join Tracy Chipman for this special storytelling and somatic retreat experience at Kinstone where we will connect with the land and re-member the feminine ground in which we are rooted.
This experiential and emergent 2.5 hour micro retreat on Summer Solstice weekend is a welcome opportunity to come together in deeper relationship with earth and with the archetypal feminine. We will connect through traditional storytelling and by moving our bodies through simple body-based (somatic) practices. There will also be time for reflection, journalling and sharing for those who wish to share. There will be an central altar where we will place our offerings that symbolize what “connection” means to you (you will keep your offering afterwards).
You might expect to leave with a greater sense of aliveness and connection with the feminine power living within you, below you through the earth and around and between us all. This experience is open to all men and women and will be guided by storyteller and somatic practitioner Tracy Chipman ( www.tracychipman.net ).
