Smoked Pulled Pork Cheese Bomb Mac: with house-smoked pork, Ellsworth cheese curds, & BBQ sauce.
Specialty:
Drunken Mac: with amber beer cheese sauce, topped with popcorn.
Cheeseburger Mac: with ground beef, chopped pickles and onions, topped with housemade burger sauce.
Quackin’ Mac: with smoked duck, roasted mushrooms, and Capriko cheese from Nordic Creamery (Westby, WI).
