    This year’s event will include a 1-mile walk, food trucks, live music, exercise demonstrations, resource booths, and children’s activities. Donations will support the STAR Center Parkinson’s Exercise Programs, La Crosse Area Parkinson’s Disease Support Group, and Michael J Fox Foundation.

An emphasis is placed on empowering the mind as the primary tool for self-defense.
