    2025 La Crosse Area Parkinson’s Walk and Awareness event

    This year’s event will include a 1-mile walk, food trucks, live music, exercise demonstrations, resource booths, and children’s activities. Donations will support the STAR Center Parkinson’s Exercise Programs, La Crosse Area Parkinson’s Disease Support Group, and Michael J Fox Foundation.

    This self defense seminar for all genders, ages 13 and up, will teach participants to defend themselves through verbal intervention, physical counter attack techniques, preemptive maneuvers, and the use of self-defense devices to quickly and decisively end an attack. An emphasis is placed on empowering the mind as the primary tool for self-defense.

An intense musical setting of all fourteen Stations of the Way of the Cross, this late work will be paired with music of Fauré and Bruckner.
