This self defense seminar for all genders, ages 13 and up, will teach participants to defend themselves through verbal intervention, physical counter attack techniques, preemptive maneuvers, and the use of self-defense devices to quickly and decisively end an attack. An emphasis is placed on empowering the mind as the primary tool for self-defense.

Passiontide Concert: Via crucis (1879) by Franz Liszt, for soloists, choir and organ. An intense musical setting of all fourteen Stations of the Way of the Cross, this late work will be paired with music of Fauré and Bruckner.
