STAR Center open house

The STAR Association is excited to announce the opening of The STAR Center on Feb. 3, 2025. The facility located at 1011 La Crosse Street is the first accessible adaptive fitness center in the region committed to serving those with disabilities. The new facility will allow the STAR Center to double the number of Specialized Disease Specific Exercise classes. In addition to a group exercise space, the facility will house a strength and conditioning area equipped with specialized equipment that allows those of all abilities to exercise independently. Many of these pieces of equipment have never been available in the community before. STAR Center will continue to offer Adaptive recreation and Para Sport programs at Central High School. The open House on January 25th, 2025 will allow you to check out the facility, equipment, and see some demonstrations of programs. There will also be a chance to win a one-year membership and a 200.00 Kwik Trip gift card. Refreshments will also be served.
