Join us for our Veteran's Try-it Day on Thursday, July 30th- exploring the STAR Center and participating in our Tai Chi and Biking program! This is a great opportunity to explore what STAR has to offer and try something new! Pre-registration is encouraged- day of registration will be available. This event is free and open to Veteran's within the community.
A tour of the STAR Center and general information will be available throughout the day. Light refreshments will be available.
Feel free to attend one of the two options for Tai Chi and check out our adaptive bikes- assessment/fittings included to be eligible to sign up for our regular scheduled program if interested.
