UWL Outdoor Connection Rental Center

The Outdoor Connection Equipment Rental Center has everything you’ll need to experience year-round outdoor adventures big and small.

Our outdoor rental center is located in the Recreational Eagle Center on UWL’s campus, 1610 Farwell St.

Experience the thrill of climbing at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse’s (UWL) newly renovated climbing wall (anticipated re-opening January 2025) . The wall features hundreds of movable hand and foot holds, offering a dynamic challenge for climbers of all skill levels. With a strong community vibe, it’s the perfect place to meet new friends, learn new skills and have fun. Whether you’re seeking a physical challenge, mental stimulation, or a fun way to connect with others, UWL’s climbing wall provides a welcoming and supportive environment.

The climbing wall is open to the public and is located in the Recreational Eagle Center,  It will have 6 auto belays and all essential climbing gear (includes: harnesses, belay devices, climbing ropes and shoes) is included with the daily guest pass or membership.

The EZONE is the regions premier esports facility and is a welcoming community space for gamers of all abilities who like to participate in recreational and competitive gaming. The space includes 24 high-end gaming PCs, console gaming, virtual reality devices, a streaming room and a viewing area. The space is available for drop-in use and offers leagues and tournaments.
