The river has served as a host to several major fishing tournaments such as the Bassmaster Elite, several Fishing League Worldwide (FLW) events, and most recently, the KBF Trail with Kayak Bass Fishing. “I fished in La Crosse, Wisconsin for a week and had an absolute blast. We dodged rain for the first couple of days and the fishing was awesome once the water cleared up a bit. We are back in La Crosse, Wisconsin again this week for the KBF TRAIL and I am looking forward to getting back into the backwaters of the Mississippi.”
