Paulin’s Provisions is a newer local company located in North La Crosse created by two longtime friends who were born and raised in La Crosse, Wisconsin and celebrating over one year of business.
They are primarily a food manufacturing facility making shelf-stable products for retail purchases in the grocery market. A company that creates the highest quality product using the highest quality ingredients possible sourced as locally as possible. But beyond this, they wanted to create a company that supports their values and the ethical growth of the local economic engine of the Driftless region.
How They Got Started
Ben and Chris have been in the restaurant industry for twenty years, first in La Crosse, then in Minneapolis, then Seattle. They then decided to move back home to be closer to family and do their own thing their own way. Thus, Paulin’s Provisions was born from the ideals and values of Chris’s grandparents, Lynn and Leroy Paulin. This is where their business name came from! Paulin’s Provisions is the ideal location of innovation and small-town business. They are a fast-growing business and would like to help out smaller businesses to help them get established just as mentors have done for them. Ben and Chris have a vision to become a local market for up-and-coming small businesses in their brick and mortar location to foster the same ideals of community, trust, respect, and collaboration as they share!
