Barefoot Becky Band at Sunday dance

Mix a cup of German, Czech & Slovenian style polkas and waltzes, a cup of country, two steps, foxtrots and big band, a dash of Latin and line dances and you’ve got a recipe for a band that’s really cookin’! Becky & the Ivanhoe Dutchmen are one of our most popular bands. Yes, Becky is most comfortable playing barefoot; but, it’s the music that keeps people coming back. Becky and her band play a wide variety of venues and in 1996 they performed for the Smithsonian Institution’s Festival of American Folklife in Washington, D.C. Barefoot Becky provides wonderful, swingin’ music, but you’ll have to supply your own bare feet!
$10 at the door. Public is welcome. Polka, waltz, swing, fox trot and other dances are popular.
Sunday dance at LaCrosse Concordia with live band. Voted best dance floor. Non-dancers can enjoy the music, dancers and the lovely atmosphere of this wonderful historic building. Many single people attend the dances therefore partners are not required.
