La Crosse Wind Symphony Fall Concert

The La Crosse Wind Symphony is an adult concert band made up of some of the finest musicians in the tri-state area and is directed by Jeff Krauklis. Serving the greater La Crosse area, their mission is to foster interest in and promote wind band music to its musicians and audiences through the use of high quality wind repertoire in a wide range of musical styles. Concerts are free, though donations are gratefully accepted. Their Fall concert, titled “Autumn Moods” features a variety of wind music evoking musical ambience as we leave summer behind and enter the beauty of autumn, with works by John Williams, Antonin Dvorak, Percy Aldridge Grainger, Gordon Jacobs, Ennio Morricone, Pavel Tchesnokov and Jack Stamp. Event parking for the Holmen High School performance is in the north lot, with direct access to the Trygve Mathison Fine Arts Center on the north end of the building.
