Vernon Memorial Healthcare Foundation will host its third annual Films on the Field outdoor movie event on July 15th at the Vernon County Fairgrounds – with a brand-new format in celebration of the Foundation’s 40th anniversary!
This year’s Films on the Field event will feature free admission to the general public, and additionally provide limited complimentary pizza, ice cream, and popcorn while the film Inside Out is shown on a jumbo LED screen. Helpful mental health tips and information about resources available in our community will be offered for people and families of all ages through some fun materials provided free of charge.
Attendees are asked to bring their own seating, such as lawn chairs, blankets, bean bags, or even inflatable mattresses. In the case of inclement weather, the rain location will be the Exhibition Hall at the Fairgrounds. The venue will open at 6:00 pm, and showtime is at 7:00 pm. The film has a PG rating for mild thematic elements and some action.
