The Green Goose Chase is a completely FREE, mission-based scavenger hunt for all ages! Missions drop daily from April 17 through April 26th. Complete missions, explore new parts of the area, learn something new, and compete to win real prizes. Missions can be completed virtually or at specific locations around La Crosse! There is not ONE singular place where this event happens.

πThe ππππ¦ πππ₯πππ«πππ’π¨π§ ππ―ππ§π happens on April 26th at the 2026 Earth Fair where we will draw for prizes and award trophies.
Each mission in the game is tied to at least one of the UN's "Good Life Goals". By taking action towards these goals, you're helping to create a cleaner, safer, healthier, more vibrant Driftless Region. The Green Goose Chase is where sustainability, education, creativity, connection, inspiration and playfulness meet.

1οΈβ£ Form a team of one or more people. Maybe it's your family, group of friends, neighbors, classmates or coworkers. For the best team experience, we suggest a team max of 5, but there is no limit to how many can be on your team and participate. One member of the team must be 18+.
2οΈβ£ Sign up your team and choose a team name. MORE DETAILS TO COME!
3οΈβ£ Download the FREE "Goose Chase" app. Use this game code: Q1C3QG. Type in your chosen team name when prompted.
4οΈβ£ Begin playing the game by completing "missions". New missions will open up weekly once the event starts on Friday, April 17th. If your notifications are on, you will get alerted when new missions open on the app. Missions may have you taking pictures, going on adventures, visiting new locations, learning more about our region and searching for green geese and golden eggs.
