    2026 is the 250th Anniversary of the United States and Wabasha was selected as the location as the “Bald Eagle Capital of America”. These gorgeous stamps were designed by Derry Noyes and feature original paintings by preeminent ornithologist, illustrator and field guide author David Allen Sibley.
