Self Defense Class

This self defense seminar for all genders, ages 13 and up, will teach participants to defend themselves through verbal intervention, physical counter attack techniques, preemptive maneuvers, and the use of self-defense devices to quickly and decisively end an attack. An emphasis is placed on empowering the mind as the primary tool for self-defense.
This class will be led by Master Jeff Wood, a 5th Dan Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do and a master martial arts instructor for over 30 years. He is the President/C.E.O. of the Young Americans Schools of Self-Defense, Inc., in Lakeville, MN.
Date: Saturday, April 12
Time: 10am – 1pm
Location: Caledonia MS/HS Multi-Purpose Room
Cost: $30 due Monday, April 7
