Come celebrate World Watercolor Month with us at the Upper Mississippi River National Wildlife and Fish Refuge – La Crosse District Visitor Center! This program encourages artistic expression and the celebration of the beauty and significance of rivers such as the Mississippi. Join us as we read, ‘A River’ written and illustrated by Marc Martin. Participants will learn about the different landscapes that rivers wind through. Together, we will use watercolors to create landscapes that remind us of the role that the river plays in our own lives.
