Wellness in Nature Retreat

The Wellness Network invites you to join this summer’s event at Sweet Valley Retreat. This Wellness in Nature Retreat will begin with a guided, slow and mindful walk up a one-mile hill path on beautiful acreage near the Kickapoo Valley Reserve. We’ll take a break at the hilltop cabin to breathe, enjoy nature and connect. The hike will be followed by an all-levels yoga session led by Viola-area yoga instructor Jackie Burhans. Lunch is include in registration. We invite you to reconnect in nature with mind, body and spirit at the Wellness in Nature Retreat. Sweet Valley Retreat is located in rural La Farge, Wisconsin, about a one-hour drive from La Crosse.
