Inspired by the flood of 1993, this contemporary piece constructed of welded and curled steel set in cement represents water falling over a dam, sometimes curling back on itself.
Dedicated in October 18, 1995. Fabricated by Mid City Steel Fabricating. Geometric abstract, water allegory. Steel sculpture in a concrete base. While La Crosse is lucky to be home to many pieces of public art work this is the only publicly displayed piece by Jeff Weideman.
