Free Beginner Stretch Class

Online fitness trainer and best-selling author Sean Vigue will be back in West Salem for this free Beginner Stretch Class on November 14! This gentle and easy-to-follow full body stretch class will focus on breathing, releasing tight muscles and feeling our very best while improving focus, flexibility and posture. Wear comfortable clothes and bring your mat.
