Each student will be given an introduction to the science behind gluten-free baking as well as a demonstration of 5 different recipes. This class is mostly demonstration only. Our goal is to have each student leave with basic recipes they feel confident using in their homes for a variety of occasions. Recipes include gluten-free cheesecake, vanilla cake, pie dough, chocolate cookies, and panna cotta.
Class cost is $65.00. Class instructor is Pastry Chef Jen Barney.
