Greater La Crosse Area Down Syndrome Awareness Walk

We are so excited to invite you to our 20th Annual Down Syndrome Awareness Walk at Myrick Park on Saturday, October 8th! The even is open to the community. Pre-register online to be guaranteed a t-shirt. Day of registration is 10-10:30am with the red carpet showcase and walk starting at 10:30am. Following the walk, we will have festivities including horse drawn carriage rides, magician performances, face painting, and a balloon artist. A food truck will also be present. This event is free for individuals with Down Syndrome and $12 for all other participants. All donations and registration fees go to funding new parent baskets that are provided when families receive a Down Syndrome diagnosis and to providing grants for individuals in our area to utilize on supportive services.
