Learn to create two classic Italian breads! Each participant will learn the “stretch & fold” method for making bread dough (no mixer required!), and receive instruction on how to proof, shape, and bake the perfect loaf. This course also includes a primer on baking with wild yeast sourdough starter, and recipes will be included for both commercial yeast and sourdough baking methods.
Cost: $75.00. Class instructor is Pastry Chef Tina Tennyson.
