Music for Community Connection

We invite you to engage in a music therapy session with instrument play, singing, and movement to music. We hope you'll walk away with increased awareness and compassion for others in our community and some ideas for how you can use music in your daily life for mental health and wellness. This opportunity for authentic connection is facilitated by Board-Certified Music Therapists from Life in Harmony Music Therapy, LLC. Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult.
