Old Fashioned Christmas at Norskedalen

Begin a new family tradition with us! On the first Saturday of December, join us as we celebrate an Old-Fashioned Christmas complete with traditional Norwegian food and goodies, family crafts, heritage skills demonstrations, and maybe even a visit from Santa!  Other activities could include horse-drawn wagon rides, a yule log hunt, craft and gift vendors, and a bell choir concert in our historic chapel!

Old fashioned Christmas becomes Julefest as Christmas draws nearer.  The fun continues through the month of December with activities such as a winter-themed nisse hike, take-and-make crafts, the continuation of the yule log hunt, and letters to Santa!  So if you can’t make it for Old-Fashioned Christmas, be sure to stop by for Julefest!
