Ryan Herman’s Rhythm Playboys Band; Polka Dancing, food, beverages, at Concordia-Voted Best Dance Floor

$10 at the door. Public is welcome. Polka, two step, swing, fox trot and other dances are popular.
The Rhythm Playboys have been playing together for more than 60 years and they still generate energy and excitement everywhere they perform. The band includes Ryan Herman on accordion, Denny Marion on lead guitar and pedal steel guitar, Jerry Dahl on rhythm guitar, Larry Janke on bass, and Jeff Langen on drums. This energetic group performs a variety of dance music from old time polkas and waltzes, to traditional country and bluegrass numbers, big band, mixer dances, and an occasional classic rock selection. Expect to hear the sounds of Johnny Cash, Merle Haggard, Ray Price, George Jones, as well as songs made popular when old time was king. The Rhythm Playboys received three Wisconsin Polka Music Awards in 2009. Bring your friends for an afternoon of fun entertainment!
