Entertainment galore! For your listening and dancing pleasure there will be a Twang Thang happening at the Main on September 2nd 2022!
It’s the one and only Deke Dickerson – featuring legendary surf guitarist Tony Anderason of the Trashmen, world famous guitar virtuoso Greg Koch, fingerstyle string master Rob Wernberg, and the Tinglers.

Coming all the way from California is the one and only Deke Dickerson. A consummate entertainer, Deke, according to Country Music Hall of Fame member Marty Stuart is the “Keeper of all things cool. ” Deke is a recording artist, a producer, and a best selling author. His music has appeared in several television and motion picture soundtracks including Disney and the latest Johnny Knoxville Jackass movie.
Sharing the spotlight with Deke will be legendary surf guitarist Tony Andreason founding member of the sixties sensation The Trashmen whose most famous hit Surfin Bird has been covered by both The Ramones and The Cramps and has been featured in the soundtracks of films such as Full Metal Jacket and E.T. along with being Peter Griffen’s favorite song on Family Guy.
Special guests will be world famous guitar virtuoso Greg Koch, finger style string master Rob Wernberg, who has played with Danny Davis and the Nashville Brass, Branson Missouri and Opryland USA in Nashville Tennessee.
Local artists featured will be Lacrosse’s own Andrew Hughes and Jon Nygren.
Backing these acts will be rockabilly sensation the Tinglers with the incomparable Laun Braithwaite and the opening act will be the popular retro country outfit Big Liquor.
